Ramallah-Tuesday: in cooperation with the Palestinian national school of Administration, the National library of Palestine started an extensive training program to prepare and qualify a technical staff to carry out tasks related to the work and functions of the library, at the headquarters of the National School in Ramallah.
There are (25) trainees participating in this three-week program, and the topics will focus on: Introduction to libraries in general and specifically national libraries, library departments, library services, library functions, deposit, unified catalog and bibliography, classification and indexing according to the US Congress system, storage and warehouses, supply and gifting, and individual property rights.
